Ignoring those who in his opinion are unfriendly to his cause and opposed to raising the race issue in the present campaign Kuhio and his managers have invited 227 of the 337 delegates to the county and district conventions to gather at Notley Hall tomorrow night and there accept his program which calls for nomination of John Lane for mayor. Lorrin Andrews is chief engineer for the Kuhio committee. Story says he aspires to become a political boss.

The postcard inviting delegates to the caucus reads: You are requested to attend a caucus of all delegates to the Republican County and District Convention who are forable [sic] to the Hon. Jonas Kuhio Kalanianaole and his attempt to rebuild the Republican organization and to rescue it form those who now control it. Signed Charles F. Chillingworth, John C. Land, Lorrin Andrews, Solomon Nahelona.
