A judgement in a divorce case practically decrees every divorce invalid that was granted after July 14, 1900 when the Organic Act went into effect. The act requires two years residence for a divorce. Local laws do not. Those who got divorces without two years residence may not be divorced. Over 100 divorces granted since July 14, 1900.
