"INDIANS DENOUNCE COMMUNIST CHINESE" "Hundreds of Indians, led by the members of the Jan Sangh Party, stage an orderly protest demonstration outside the Communist Chinese Embassy in New Delhi. They were protesting Red Chinese aggression in Tibet. Some of the signs they carried read: "Down with Communist Imperialism," "Death to Chou En-lai," and "Long Live Dalai Lama." Demonstrators also called for the United Nations to intervene in Tibet." USIA.
