CUSTOMS MEN PREPARE: These members of the U.S. Customs Service, with other employees in the federal building, are taking first aid courses and otherwise practicing prepardness. Guard Frank Pennasilico is shown trussed up in a traction leg spline while Guard Burton E. Griswold looks on. Others in the picture, left to right, are Guards Edward V. Rubie and John B. Kietzman, and Guard Lt. George Robertson. Four customs cars will become mobile first aid units, and first aid stations will be established in inspectors' offices on the waterfront.
