From back of print: Pearl Harbor, Hawaii: Clothes cleaned in the washer in the background are being removed to a centrifugal dryer at the clothing renovation plant of the Naval Supply Depot of the 14th Naval District by Edward Cox, Seaman Second Class, of Baltimore, Maryland; and J.E. Bird, Ships Service Man Third Class, of Norfolk, Virginia. Clothing is renovated at the plant for reissue to the men of the fleet.
