Furlong, United States Navy, Commandant of the Pearl Harbor Navy Yard (left), and Captain Gerald A. Eubank, United States Naval Reserve, head of all war bond activities for the Navy, now visiting stations in the 14th Naval District. Admiral Furlong has been called the Navy's "Number one bond salesman" due to the Navy Yard's success in the previous bond drives.
